ReSurfify is happy to introduce Elena Feria and Thea Ødegaard, who are joining as interns for the next three months from Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL) in Norway.
We are happy to introduce Elena Feria and Thea Ødegaard, who are joining ReSurfify as interns for the next three months!
Both Elena and Thea come from Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL) in Norway, where they are currently pursuing a master's degree in responsible innovation and entrepreneurship. Together, they will work closely with our team here in South Africa, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions with the ambition of scaling these efforts globally.
Meet Elena
Elena has a background in IT, and will focus on building the digital infrastructure, including systems and data workflows, to support ReSurfify's transition from lab to pilot scale. Her technical skills will be instrumental in ensuring that our processes are scalable, efficient, and data-driven as we move towards commercialisation.
Meet Thea
Thea has a background in biomarine innovation, and will work on strengthening ReSurfify's sustainability foundation, including responsible innovation work, environmental assessments, and partner mapping in preparation for pilot-scale operations. Her expertise in sustainability and innovation will help us ensure that our growth is both environmentally responsible and strategically sound.
